You asked me for an otter, HERE IT IS!  I first developed this lure in the mid-90's when otter fur was the king.  Due to an ingredient availability, I had to put it on the shelf for a while, but here it is again.  Place a healthy amount of Water Wolf in the pocked set or behind a conibear and watch the results.
