This dye is very similar to the logwood chips that were popular years ago with many old timers. This dye coats traps with a finish that is nearly rust proof and odorless and has the ability to weather several weeks of trapping. This dye is a finely ground powder that comes in a heat sealed plastic bag containing approximately 20 ounces. 1 bag will treat approximately 25-30 #3 traps or 40-50 #1 3/4 sized traps.
